1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 58com online gaming platform, operated under the domain 58com.vip ("the Platform", "58com", "we", "us"). • Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active 58com account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or regulatory, that prohibits your access to online gaming platforms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of 58com, including placing bets and withdrawing winnings, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, active Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58com login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 58com will never request your password through any channel other than the official login interface at 58com.vip. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is your sole responsibility.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

58com reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including CNIC, passport, or proof of address — at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal privileges or account suspension pending verification.

3.4 Account Currency

58com accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

58com currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available payment methods may change from time to time and the current list will be displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be funded from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 58com reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6. 58com reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

58com is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. The Platform monitors transactions for suspicious activity. Accounts associated with suspected money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crimes will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Funds in such accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 58com Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Sportsbook

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 58com reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake on any market. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. 58com reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by system errors, data feed errors, or events where the result was known at the time of bet placement (late betting).

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games are provided by third-party studios under licence. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 58com is not responsible for any software errors originating in third-party game systems beyond what is mandated by those providers' own service terms.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect displayed jackpot amounts, or casino game malfunctions — 58com reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions. "Obvious error" determinations are made at the sole discretion of 58com, subject to fair process principles.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58com Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of sporting event outcomes ("match fixing" related activity).
• Conducting chargebacks on legitimate transactions without reasonable grounds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 58com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 58com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from 58com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 58com and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds due to technical failures beyond 58com's reasonable control.

58com's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their 58com account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

58com does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 58com will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

10. Responsible Gaming

58com is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to assist users in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the account settings panel.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on maximum net losses per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Requests must be submitted through customer support. Once a self-exclusion is in force, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

58com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of account closure due to breach, 58com may forfeit any pending bonuses and, where legally permissible, retain deposited funds pending investigation.

Users may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting 58com support. Remaining balance after any applicable bonus forfeiture and wagering requirement review will be returned to the user's registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

58com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 58com will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or registered contact details. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at 58com.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.
